FAQs

  • Please click here to Book an Appointment.

If you would like to book with Lili Ma, please email us at info@permanentbeautybylili.com.

If you do not see any appointments available it is because new dates have not been released or we are fully booked.

The best way to get an appointment is to follow our Instagram page and turn on post notifications.

You may also add yourself to our online waitlist by clicking Book Now button and you will be contacted if there is a last minute cancellation.

  • All New Client Appointments are scheduled for four hours. In this time frame our experienced artists will provide the consultation, shaping and the tattooing all in one appointment.

For the consultation portion, we take careful consideration of each clients eye shape, bone structure and personal preference.

Before proceeding to the tattoo portion of the appointment, we carefully measure and outline a shape that is the most flattering for the clients features.

We will suggest a shape is the best suited for the client and once the client approves the shape we will proceed to the tattooing process.

If you live outside of Calgary we do offer online video consultations.

  • It is advised to email your permanent makeup artist with clear pictures for approval first, before booking your appointment online.

The tattoo must be VERY faded in order to work over or corrected.

Working over other artists work is often times more work than working on a blank canvas and for that reason we DO NOT touchup other artist’s work for touchup pricing. **Extra fees will apply if color correction is needed.

  • We use Permablend pigments. The ingredients are a combination of powdered pigments, glycerin, witch hazel, isopropyl alcohol, aqua, rosin, and DMDM hydantoin.

Permablend pigments are gamma-ray sterilized, vegan and cruelty-free.

  • Clients with normal to oily skin can experience longer lasting results with our Nano Brow Technique. This technique offers several benefits such as:

    • Improved shape and color retention

    • Reduced hair stroke shrinkage in the bulb area

    • Less frequent touch-ups, which leads to better skin integrity

    • Higher client satisfaction rate

    • Reduced pain and minimal risk of skin tearing during the procedure.

These benefits make the Nano Brow Technique an ideal option for clients who are looking for a high-quality, long-lasting result..

  • We have a policy of non-refundable deposits for all scheduled appointments.

However, with at least one week's notice prior to cancellation, the deposit may be transferred to a future appointment.

We kindly request that clients take into consideration our advanced booking schedule when planning touch-up appointments. In the event of a missed touch-up appointment, clients may need to schedule an appointment earlier than the typical 6-month touch-up interval. Additional charges may apply in such cases.

  • Deposits for all appointments with our technicians are set at a fixed rate of $250.00. Please note that due to technical limitations on our website, we are unable to differentiate deposit amounts based on the cost of the service. As such, in cases where the cost of the service is also $250.00, the deposit will be equivalent to 100% of the service cost.

  • Nano Brows is the next generation of microblading. The technique of Nano Brows uses a tattoo machine to inject the pigment into the skin, because the Nano technique does not cut the skin. It is less invasive and is a less traumatic technique for the skin in comparison to the microblading technique.
